Procurement

Through our Global network of suppliers and partners and Associates, SES (UK) can provide our clients with the most robust procurement services, delivering real value for money. Our expertise includes (but is not limited to) Logistics & transport, Plant and machinery, Staffing and local contractors, Invoicing and Purchasing Planning – laying out detailed plans and timelines for the construction and commissioning. Construction

Once we have secured the appropriate planning consent, we move the selection of contractors, plant and personnel for your project.

We then move on to the physical implementation of the plan, selecting and sourcing whatever the appropriate technical requirements are, including purchasing and transport to site, commissioning and grid or micro-grid connection.

Wherever possible we will employ local labour and contractors to undertake all the required civil engineering and construction work, roads, drainage, foundations and buildings etc. We provide all required training to the local labour to build their capacity, which will lead to a positive impact on local and national economy.
